Write about something you’ve recently learned how to do.
One of the things that I have recently learned how to do is on how to write different kinds of essays. During this course I learned how to write effect and cause essay, classification essay, reaction essay. I also have learned about my self. For instance, I did notice that I don't like to write, but if the subject interest me I would have a lot to write about. Concentrating also helps, if I am on a nice and relaxing enviroment I will actually have fun find writing an essay. Another thing that I have learned how to do during this semester, is how to manage my time to get done my homeworks. This semester was my introduction to college world, so I had a lot to learn.

WikiJournal:Hurricane Edith (1971)
It's nice to read about some historical events; however it's sad to learn about the disasters and death os caused by them. By reading this article, I learned that this huricane was one of the most strongest on the 70's. What got into my attetion is that this hurricane only developed from a tropical wave. From being just a wave it transformed into a hurricane ,which started at the Carribean Sea and went all the way up to Louissiana. Thanks God it did't killed that many people like Hurricane Katrina, but still some deaths resulted from it's strenght. I have always been afraid of the sea; therefore, after reading articles like this one my fear for the sea increases.
I don't even like to go to the beach, nor the pools.

AZ Central current event journal:An ASU student may face deportation after traffic stop
Personally, I don't agree with the new rule of the policy department working together with immigration. I believed that each branch/department should worry about their own tasks and accomplishing them. In that case why should we pay immigration if the police will be doing part of their job. I am totally against this new rule, policy, or what ever goverment want to called it. I feel sorry for this ASU student who is only twenty and going by what one of his ex-teachers said he is also a great student. He graduated from high school with 20 college credits and he never missed a day from school; however, none of his achievements matter because now he is going to be deported. After, police only could cited him for underage drinking becuse his blood-alcohol content was of 0.02 they reported him to immigration. This is an unfais act, Manuel which is his name, is not a threat to society. I know that this is a real controversial subject for discussion, yet I don't agree with it.

What’s the worst thing that has ever happened to you?
I think that the worst thing that ever happeened to me was to lose my first baby.
I have had some other bad experiences, but as I grew older I understood that's the way of the learning as well as maturing process of life. Lossing my baby was very sad and frustrated moment in my life. After three years of trying to get pregnant, I received the good news of my pregnancy; however, what Ididn't knew back then was that three months after I was going to have a miscarrige. This was really difficult for me and the baby's dad. Until today, I still keep wondering things about that baby. Things happen for some reason wheather we like it or not, but what I do know for sure that God's had his really good reasons for letting this happen. The most amazing thing that he did for me was that after two months of losing my baby, God blessed me with the pregnancy of my daughter that in two more weeks she will be seven years old.

Anything good happen to you this week?
This week well it was actually on this past weekend that something good happened to me. I went out of town to beach with my brother, his girfriend, my daugther, and her dad. It's was alot of fun because we all got to ride jet-skis, four wheel motorcycles, and eating lots of sea food. Honestly I don't like going to beach but I enjoyed this trip because my brother and my daughter were with me. I usually enjoy going somewhere if I see that my daughter is having fun. This time wasn't the exception for my daughter's delightness, she had a blast. I was amazed on how she was not scared to be riding the jet-ski nor the motorcycle at a considerable high speed. She didn't wanted to come back to Phoenix and of course at he age everything is worry free.

I don't see why the news of a Brittney Spears ex-bodyguard working now for Paris Hilton is presently making such a controversy. I don't see anything wrong with. Every has to work and earn money if that is his life career, he can work for whom ever he wants. Recently on all the magazines and entertainment news has been stated that Brittney and Paris are very good friends and maybe it was even Brittney who recommended Paris this bodyguard. If Brittney wasn't interested on Manny's services for now because of her rehabilitation or what ever is going on on her life there is nothing wrong on him working for another celebrity. It's amazing how little insignificant things or events like this one is used as a new subject. There are other many million things that are going on on the whole world that deserve people's attention.

Wiki-encyclopedia:Scooby-Doo
It is interesting to read about how characters and Scooby Doo carton were created.
I remmeber watching those cartoonswhen I was a child. I used to get out of school go home, eat, do my homework, and finally sat down to wath the Scooby Doo cartoons. It is fuuny because I kind of used to get scare with some of the episodes and now days that my daughter watches this cartoons, it is like nothing for her. I don't like to watch cartoons no more but my daughter likes to watch cartons that I used to see, however she insists on me watching them with her. This not a bad idead though becuase I feel that those moments can count as spending quality time with her.

Mother, baby boy reunited after 5-month separation
It is unbelievable all the crazy decisions that people who want to cross the border are willing to make, however none of those reasons sound some unreasonable than letting an estranger take your 10th month old baby with him to cross the border. This is exactly what this lady Maria Tejeda Villa did. As a mother I can't understand her decision, for nothing in this world I would do that to my daughter. I do know that when a person doesn't have sufficient money to cover the needs for his/her family is really frustating but a child should be the most valuable treasure to take care of. Now days the world is full of violence and I can't imagine the guiltiness that this lady could had been living with if instead of reuniting with her boy alive she had received him dead in a coffin just, because of her making a dome,crazy, and precipitated decision. Thanks to God the boy is ok and back with his mother to where he belongs. Hopefully Maria have learned this leason and will provide better care for her son, and a better judgement as to when it comes to make a decision that can attempt against her son safety.

Would you like to be famous? Why or why not? What would you like to be famous for?
Personally I wouldn't like to be famous as a celebrity because I do like my privacy. I would hate to be hearing comments about my life, my decisions, and people judging me for any of my actions. I like to respect everyone else's life; therefore, I expect the same from people. Unfortunately, this philosophy doesn't work the same for everybody because some people like to gossip about others life and their way of living. It's seems almost like a hobby for them. I love my privacy and deciding who to tell my worries, who to talk to, when to talk to, etc, etc, i wouldn't trade this priviledge for fame.

Free: Write about whatever you like.
Summer time is coming and this semester is almost over and I am considering taking summer classes. This semester I am taking three classes and it has been hard to adjust all my responsabilities anad find the right amount of time to accomplish them all. My plans were to be a full time student next semester, however I won't be able to do it. I am feeling kind of frustrated because I want to get an associates degree as soon as possble but I am a mother, an a worker as well and unfortuantely I can not dedicate 100% of my time to school. I love school and I am determined that one day I will have at least an associates degree on my hand, even though it could take me a little longer then the usual and that is why I am considering to take at least one class during the summer, so in this case I won't feel too bad of only taking two classes next semester.

Az Central: Monster Inc. on Ice
It's nice to have some new kids activities going on this week. I guess I like the idea of Disney bring into Phoenix their ice shows for kids because I have a daughter however this is not the only reason because kids need positive activities to do and go to. Disney is a great company that cares about kids, everything that comes from it I like it. I love to take my daughter to Disney on ice not only she enjoys it but me as well. This gives the opportunity to provide my daughter with nice and unforgetable memories. I know that when she grows up she will remember all the things that we do together and she will more likely do the same one day when she has kids of her own. I still remember when my mother used to take on vacations, fun places like the park, played with me, etc, etc, and one of main goals as a mother is to give to my daughter a nice, beautiful childhood.

Today, what are your must-do, want-to-do, and hope-to-do activities?
Today I have to go grocery shopping, I went out of town for the weekend and I didn't do my regular activities for the weekends, which one of them is to buy groceries for the whole week. I am kind of behind on my house duties and I must catch up. However, I want to finish up my homework before anything else. After my last class for today I am going straight home and do my pending assigments and as soon as I am done I will move on to my housekepping responsabilities. My hope to do activieties for today are to have some free time to dedicate to my daughter. I want to help her with her homework without having to rush her because of running out of day time. In addition I want to talk with her, know about her day, etc, etc, etc.
She is going on a field trip tomorrow and I want to give her some instructions and advices.
