Wikipedia journal; The Immunie system.
It's amazing how the human body works. The body is composed by several different cells, proteins, tissues that make it work perfectly. I already new the important role that the immune systems plays in order to have a better health, but reading and learning about its function is really interesting. For instance, the name given to viruses and parasitic worms that cause an infection is pathogens, which the immune system is responsable to detect specificity amongst normal cells and tissues and get rid of them. It was kind of akward for me to learn that like us, our immune system, as it gets to recognize a certain pathogen and see it more often, is easier to get rid of it. In another words the more that practice, the more experienced, the easier it is to accomplish it's function.
